It’ll be a new month tomorrow, and as we enter August, we get a new batch of tech releases too, starting with one from Lenovo who is releasing a new inexpensive gaming monitor: amazon.com/dp/B0H8TH2VMH

The Lenovo Legion 27-2C Gaming Monitor from Lenovo’s Legion gaming division, is a curved 27-inch Full HD 1920×1080 resolution WLED computer monitor that’s launched for $209.

Main specifications are a 280 Hz refresh rate, a 0.5ms response time, 350 nits brightness, 99% sRGB color accuracy, 2x HDMI ports, a DisplayPort 1.4, and support for AMD FreeSync Premium and HDR10.

Like a lot of monitors in 2026, it has the buttons on the right side of the back, with a jog button that controls the menu and an on/off button underneath.
